I’m putting a house on the market. There was a laundry list of things I needed to get done.
Matthew and his employees are fast, professional, and get the job done. The electrical work ballooned because the house was built in the 60’s. The additional challenges did not phase the guys at Intel.
I would recommend them for any work that needs to get done.
Matt was AMAZING. He fixed an office for us that had given us grief for months and was literally done in 2 hours. Then his customer service was great with our tenants. Will use him again🖤💚❤️ -Jasmin
Matthew came quick and fixed kitchen outlets in that saved our food in the fridge this evening. Great emergency/after hours service support! Kind and knowledgeable.
The electrician was professional, communicated clearly, and explained the issue in simple terms that were easy to understand. He took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process stress-free. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend him to others.
I can’t recommend this company enough. I had been trying to replace a ceiling fan with a dimmable LED light and had spent hours troubleshooting the wiring (more complicated as it had 4 different cables entering a single J box). I finally called after hours, and to my surprise, he arrived within 15 minutes. Before he agreed to come over, he offered to help me troubleshoot the issue over the phone.
He immediately diagnosed the issue, explained exactly how the circuit was wired, and took the time to teach me what was going on instead of just fixing it and leaving. As someone who enjoys learning and doing projects myself, I really appreciated that he explained the “why” behind everything.
He had the entire job completed in about 30 minutes, the new light and dimmer work perfectly, and I walked away understanding my home’s wiring much better than before.
If you’re looking for an electrician who is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and willing to educate his customers, I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Money very well spent.
The gentalman Matt answered my call on the weekend and provided professional honest and friendly advice for minor electrical issues before even going on site. I would recommend them to any local alaskan in the anchorage and Fairbanks locations.

Mr. Matthew provided outstanding service even at late hours with quick response.
It was a simple smoke detector alarms issue that I couldn’t figure out for hours, but Mr. Matthew took care of it efficiently and gave extra care to make sure all smoke detectors were up & running properly.
He explained the issues, what procedures he took to solve the issues, and what I should watch out for just in case I face similar dilemma again.
