Intelligent Choice Builders

We are so grateful that Intelligent Choice Builders helped complete our recent home remodel. The project involved converting a garage into living space, constructing a new garage, removing load-bearing walls, and relocating the kitchen. Yonathan proved to be an amazing project manager from start to finish. Completing a project of this scale requires placing immense trust in the contractor — trust that the project will be seen through to the end, that the outcome will be functional, and that any unexpected issues will be handled responsibly. Yonathan understands the level of trust involved and does not take this responsibility lightly. From the first meeting, I found it easy to communicate with Yonathan. He took time to listen and fully understand our vision for the remodel. Throughout the process, he continued to welcome feedback, kept us updated on the project's progress, and notified me about issues that inevitably arise. When issues did surface, he was transparent and proactive about finding viable solutions. When I had questions, he replied promptly. I appreciated his honesty and found him reliable and trustworthy. I also sensed that he always had our best interests at heart. When the city unnecessarily required a new driveway, he advocated on our behalf until the request was revoked. He is well connected and was able to help me source materials from various vendors to help me stay within my budget. With his help, we were able to build an updated space that is more functional and comfortable for our family. We look forward to making new memories and enjoying this new space for years to come!

The Owner Yonathan and the crew member Florin are very responsible. Nice craftmanship, great communication and reasonable price. We met some challenges on permit applications and inspections, but Yonathan's team took care the issues and did a great job.

We just finished our kitchen remodel with Yonathan and his crew, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project, and they helped us make smart design choices that gave our kitchen a high-end look while staying within our budget. They honestly saved us a significant amount of money compared to other companies we considered. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Intelligent Choice Builders to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled team for their next home remodeling project!

I cannot say enough good things about Yonathan. I used his services several years ago on a small project and I never forgot both his professional and cheery manner. So when it came to a much bigger project ... a kitchen renovation, I reached out to him for a bid. He responded quickly to my request and he was least expensive of the three bids that were provided. I haven't regretted my decision since. Yonathan is quick, knowledgeable and is particularly good at keeping his clients informed. He is very reasonable. He doesn't nickel and dime his clients. In fact, once we used him for our kitchen renovation, we asked him to bid on a project in our garage. He is working on that now and we are quite pleased with the progress to date.

What a journey! We had a wonderful experience working with Yonathan and Florin from ICB on our bathroom remodeling project. The process was seamless and the bathroom came out as expected. The team always arrived on time and got straight to work. They consistently addressed any concerns we had and provided regular updates throughout the construction timeline. They were careful and precise in the demolition and excavation, ensuring that the work was done safely and to the highest standards. Their goal was to ensure the project meets all building codes and passes inspection at each phase. There was one unexpected situation during the renovation, but they addressed it quickly and made sure everything continued moving forward smoothly. Throughout the project, Florin and the team were a joy to work with. We would recommend Yonathan, Florin & ICB team to any of our friends and family!

We found Intelligent choice builders on Google, after reviewing 7 different companies, Yonathan was the one who made the most impact. We didnt have a lot of knowledge since it was our first remodeling and we had a bunch of questions, but Yonathan answered every question and gave us so many helpful suggestions even though we didn’t hired him yet. Yonathan and Florin and the rest of the crew kept us informed every step of the way. Florin was amazing and our master bathroom was transformed beautifully beyond our expectations. He has a great eye for design and the attention to detail was excellent. They also assisted us to stay within our budget and helped us to figure with materials selection etc… We are very pleased that intelligent choice builders helped to bring our kitchen vision to life. Our project was completed ahead of time which was very impressive. We love our new space and will recommend Yonathan and his crews to anyone who’s thinking of remodeling their house.

I contacted Yonathan from intelligent choice builders(ICB) to provide us an estimate for a large scale home renovation work. This was a second phase since our main goal was to prepare our home for the winter; asbestos removal, upgrading our heating and cooling system to heat pump, ductwork replacement, reinsulating the attic and much more. He helped us navigating through this multi tasking of all trades coordinating all the crews in right sequence of things. We had a great experience with Yonathan as he was informative, keeping communication lines open on daily basis or every other day, and the work was done in a professional manner. Finally, Yonathan came by to do a quality check to ensure the work was done to satisfactory and indeed everything he promised came through. I highly recommend Yonathan and his team for anyone who’s looking for a general contractor for remodeling or new construction services.

We hired Intelligent Choice Builders (ICB) to update our 55 year old kitchen, which required opening up the space. We appreciated that Yonathan was always available to communicate anything regarding the project. His crew did great work and were very professional. We will consider ICB for any future remodeling project. We enjoy our new kitchen every day!
