Customers frequently praise the company for professional installation, punctuality, and clear communication regarding quotes and timelines. Reviewers note that staff provide detailed explanations during consultations and that the locally made doors offer good value. However, some low-star reviews cite long wait times, lack of follow-up, and issues with door quality or service area restrictions as recurring criticisms.

From the first phone call to the end product this company exceeded expectations. They were professional and explained everything so I could understand. Their products are top notch. The installer, Conrad, did the best job. He was very proficient and the work looks flawless. Stephen the owner was involved and assisted with each step. You will be so happy if you use them. Five stars easy! The trim has not been patched and painted yet.

Ricky, Tino, and Carlos did an absolutely fantastic job installing a custom closet door in my son’s bedroom. They were courteous, professional, and friendly from start to finish, treating our home with total respect. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are top-notch—the finished closet looks stunning and fits the space perfectly. Highly recommend Interior Door and Closet if you want exceptional service and flawless results!

Excellent experience from start to finish, from being on time to great workmanship. Stephen thoroughly explained the entire process and quickly emailed renderings and quotes. Pricing is honest and transparent, and the doors are made locally in Huntington Beach with a quick 1-2 week turnaround. When it came time for installation Ricky and Carlos did a a great job and cleaned up after themselves after they were done. We'll definitely use them again!

We had a great experience this company from start to finish. We picked a few options from their website and they gave us a quote over the phone. Gabe came out to measure and helped us pick out the best option and explained the whole process, he was very knowledgeable about the product and easy to talk to. Ricky and Carlos arrived on time for the removal of our old doors and installed the new ones, we had 2 closets done. They worked efficiently, cleanly and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. We love our new doors! Highly recommend them.
