Terrible experience, selling expired products. We just bought (on Oct 24) feta cheese from here and it was expired by the time we opened it (Use By date was Oct. 23, 2026). When I opened the container, it smelled absolutely awful. Double-check your expiration dates before buying from their shelves.

I want to mention something that I didn't like today when I went to pick up my order from the cafe, the employee her name Maryam was at the counter behind the drink fridge, she was using her phone, and when she done, she didn't ask me if I need help. Then I told her I have an order, she enterd the kitchen and said the order still being processed. While I was waiting, Fatima came and help me immediately because my order was ready in the front even before I asked. I am sure the other employee didnt even bother her self to ask the stuff in the kitchen becuse they will tell her if she did. This is very disrespectful from the employee to the customer. The owner will know that I am saying the truth when he checks the camera. I really thank Fatma and the other kind employees for taking care of the customers. My husband and I have been with ifm store for about 20 years because we like it, the food is excellent, the stuff are very helpful, and I always recommended it to my co-workers in work. they also have gift cards which I purchased them for friends many time.

I’ve been shopping here for a long time, and Khadeja is always so nice and friendly. She’s quick, helpful, and always has a great attitude. My kids really like her too and always say how sweet and kind she is. She definitely makes every visit a little better!
