Hands down, this is the BEST haircut I’ve had since moving back to Alaska 18 months ago. He gave me exactly what I asked for, and somehow it turned out even better than I imagined. I’m extremely picky about my hair, so that’s saying a lot! I have naturally textured hair with waves that can be difficult to cut well, and Hans just gets it. He understands different textures, styles, movement, and how hair naturally falls. He took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered his expertise, and absolutely nailed it. On top of being incredibly talented, he’s welcoming, personable, and makes you feel comfortable the entire appointment. The atmosphere at Intuition Salon was warm, relaxing, and such a great experience from start to finish. Finding a stylist you trust is rare, and I can honestly say I’ve found mine. I’ll absolutely be booking with Hans again and recommending him to anyone who asks. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign go see Hans. You won’t be disappointed!

I had an appointment booked for highlights and cut with Angelica. The day before the appt I confirmed. About an hour before my appointment I was sent a text from Angelica that asked if I could come in 1.5 hours later than my previously confirmed appt. I am understanding and said that was ok. After about another hour i got another text saying that her errands were taking longer than she expected and asked if I could push back the appt AGAIN by another hour. At this point I am annoyed as I have been waiting all day and It keeps being changed. I was also quite annoyed that my SCHEDULED and CONFIRMED appt was being pushed back due to her personal errands. I think that is super unprofessional and rude, if you had errands to do then do not confirm a time for an appointment you don't plan to be on time for. Really bad customer service in my opinion, I will not be booking with this salon in the future due to this experience.
