Great company to use. Very thorough inspection and detailed report of the inspection. Cliff was very helpful getting to us quickly and we had the report the same day. Would definitely use him again.
Cliff was an extremely knowledgeable and proficent inspector. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a property checked out. From walking us through our options, the warranties, and even each part of the house we may not have understood completely, great guy!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS – HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Absolutely outstanding experience! We hired Home Inspector Investigator to inspect our new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received! He was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and took his time making sure everything was checked from top to bottom. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how much pride he takes in his work. Buying a home is a huge investment, and having someone who genuinely cares about making sure you know exactly what you’re purchasing means everything. He went above and beyond our expectations and gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find people these days who truly care about the quality of their work, but he absolutely does! If you’re buying a home and need an inspector, look no further! I would recommend Home Inspector Investigator to anyone without hesitation. Thank you again for the incredible service and for treating our home inspection like it was your own home! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My inspector Cliff was awesome, he broke down the details he found within the house and keep me smiling the entire time. My kids even loved him and how he explained the finding within the house. Especially the thermal reading and pointing out everything as he saw it. I recommend Cliff to anyone who needs an excellent inspector, who provides get details and explanation. Cliff is extremely knowledgeable on his inspections and provide great response to address your questions about your inspection.
He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very efficient. He also shared he findings with me and showed me pictures.
Very meticulous throughout the inspection. Picked even the smallest detail on areas that we had not noticed previously. The final report documented deficiencies clearly and Precise with photos Indicating the areas of concern. The only thing I believe could be improve is leveling the rooms where the deficiencies were documented. Over all it was a great experience.
Cliff with Investigator Home Inspections is a master home inspector, and I don't say that lightly. I've been a Realtor for 13 years with over 900 transactions, and I've worked with a lot of inspectors across Fort Worth and DFW. Cliff is the one I personally use. He doesn't just hand clients a report full of jargon. He walks them through the entire house, explains what each finding actually means, and helps them separate the real concerns from the normal wear every home has. My clients leave his inspections calm, informed, and confident in their decision. If you're buying or selling a home in Fort Worth, I recommend Cliff and Investigator Home Inspections without hesitation. — Chris Haws, Realtor, Keller Williams Fort Worth
