Invoke Studio

Invoke Studio has created a wonderful community for all levels of yoga. Every instructor I have experience has obviously put a lot of thought into each class. The classes are varied and challenging but most of all welcoming.

I've been attending this studio for over a month now and I've enjoyed every class! I was nervous since I've never done yoga before, but Katy took the time explaining the process and gave some great advice! It's a great atmosphere and the staff does a wonderful job with making everyone feel welcome. Also; Katy definitely brings that dolly Parton experience to yoga 10/10

Invoke is simply the best yoga + Pilates studio ever!! I started here as a true beginner with a new student unlimited trial almost 2 years ago and can’t imagine my life without yoga now! Their instructors are the kindest people, give clear cues, offer adjustments, and make a genuine effort to get to know you. They have a class for everyone- their studio is beautiful and their zoom classes were great for when I was traveling. I love practicing here and always leave feeling better than when I came in. They helped me feel grounded throughout graduate school and I can’t imagine my time living in Indy without the Invoke community!

My home studio here in Indy! I found invoke just before the pandemic and this studio has got some of the best yoga teachers in town. I appreciate the wide range of available classes including plenty of heated yoga, non heated flow, yin, mat and reformer Pilates, and barre classes. The best part is that your membership includes zoom of many classes and a frequently updated on demand section. I travel quite a bit and it is a game changer to be able to turn on a vinyasa flow or Pilates strength class from anywhere at any time.

As someone who’s new to Indy, Invoke has been one of the first places that made me feel welcome. Whether you’re stepping into your first yoga class or you’ve been practicing for years, the studio creates an environment where everyone feels comfortable and included. I also love the variety of classes they offer, from hot yoga and pilates to barre and the new yoga sculpt classes. There’s something for everyone, no matter what kind of workout you’re looking for :) I’ve taken classes with almost all the instructors, and each one has been wonderful, but I especially love taking classes with Alexa, Ashley, Megan, and Jill. They each bring their own unique energy and teaching style while making every class fun, challenging, and approachable! The only thing I wish the studio had is mirrors, which would be helpful for people who are learning proper alignment and form. That said, it hasn’t stopped me from loving my experience here. Invoke has quickly become one of my favorite places in Indy! I would recommend.

I've been a member of Invoke Studio since 2009, and I honestly can't imagine my life without it. The variety of classes has kept my practice fresh and inspiring over the years, and there's always something new to explore. One of the things I appreciate most is how much the studio invests in its community. If you're interested in taking your practice further, they offer incredible teacher training and continuing education programs that have encouraged me to keep learning and growing. The instructors are not only highly skilled but also kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in their students. They create an environment where everyone feels supported, regardless of experience level. Every time I walk into the studio, I feel like I'm among friends. After all these years, Invoke Studio still feels like home. If you're looking for a studio with exceptional classes, amazing teachers, and a community that truly cares, I can't recommend it enough.
