Customers frequently cite punctuality, flexible scheduling, and thorough cleaning results for carpets, sectionals, and pet stains as primary benefits. Technicians are described as professional, informative, and careful with property, often explaining processes and moving furniture to access areas. While most feedback is positive regarding value and communication, one low-star review noted difficulties securing an appointment, last-minute time changes, and limited success removing specific stains from certain carpet types.

This is the best company I do business with. The underpromise and over deliver everytime. If they say they are going to be there at 10:30 by 10:15 they are there ready to get the job done. Thank you for taking great care of my sectional and carpets!

The carpet cleaning services provided by Ionic Fresh were beyond amazing! They scheduled us really fast for the next day, listened to our concerns and provided a detailed explanation of the cleaning process and products used before our appointment. The technician was very friendly, kind, and helpful with all our concerns about dust in our carpeted floors.
