We recently had our air conditioning system replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Our old unit could have been repaired, but the team took time to thoroughly explain all our options, including the benefits of a new system, without ever making us feel pressured. From beginning to end, they were punctual, knowledgeable, respectful, and extremely thorough. They patiently answered every question and made sure we felt comfortable with the decision. The installation was completed efficiently, and they left our home spotless. A very special thank-you to Eduardo, Mr. Ramos, Ezequias, Javier, Johan, and Jorge for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. It’s reassuring to work with people who not only know what they’re doing but truly care about their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and this wonderful team.

I had a bad kitchen drain clog and Christian came out last week and he did a great job clearing it out for me! He was punctual and professional and I was very happy with his work. I have had issues with this before and have had other plumbers come out, charge me twice what I paid to Irbis and the problem continued to exist. I will definitely be calling Irbis back in the future when I need service!
