Our appointment was awesome! From start to finish it was a great experience! Booking online was a breeze and the text reminders were an added bonus. Our crew was fantastic... They called in advance giving us a time estimate, arrived within the hour and loaded up our stack in a matter of minutes. So appreciated! We are a repeat customer and IREP always comes through! Definitely recommend!

The first donation pickup I scheduled told me they were unable to take my treadmill, but the guys recommended IREP. I was so stressed because I have movers coming tomorrow and need to be out of my apartment in a couple days. Everyone from IREP was incredibly nice. Chip and his partner helped me out yesterday and were awesome, they referred me to IREP. The woman who scheduled me over the phone was so lovely. She called me back later in the evening to make sure I understood and was comfortable with how the fees worked. Mitchel and his partner came out right on time. They were very efficient and so kind. I am relieved they were able to get my huge treadmill out of my front door and navigate it around the corner to the walkway. Thank you guys
