Review from Google · view on GoogleI’ve been with Iron Grip since they first opened, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my decision. When I decided to switch to a smaller company, I was hoping for more personalized service and a company that truly cared about its customers. Iron Grip has exceeded my expectations! A few days after one of my monthly services, I noticed some ants and gave them a call. Chris didn’t hesitate to make sure to come back out to take care of the problem! No hassle, no excuses, just amazing customer service and a commitment to making things right. Sebastian now handles my regular service, and he is absolutely wonderful! He is always polite, professional, and courteous. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and that kind of consistency makes all the difference! What I love most about Iron Grip is that you’re not just another customer or account number\. They genuinely care about the quality of their work and the people they serve. This is exactly the kind of service I was hoping for when I chose a smaller, more personal company If you’re looking for a pest control company that is reliable, responsive, and truly values its customers, look no further than Iron Grip. Five stars all the way! I cannot recommend them enough!

Review from Google · view on GoogleChristopher was awesome. He asked several questions to determine our pest issue. Walked through the plan of where he would be looking. Even provided some information on a hole we needed to seal. He was very efficient and made the service a breeze.

Review from Google · view on GoogleI had a large hornets’ nest right under the roofline of the house at about 20 feet high. Iron Grip Exterminators had a fast response time and Chris had a professional demeanor and was very knowledgeable of what had to be done. He removed the entire hornets’ nest in a safe manner. His process was most effective and the price was affordable. Should I have any other pest/insect/critter problems again, I’ll certainly contact Iron Grip Exterminators; highly recommend them.
