Bought a PRS SE CE about a year and a half ago. Have been using the guitar since. Am coming back to put new pickups on it and overall get more clarity into my playing. Much more convenient than using generic online stores. Very grateful for their very warm and friendly service.

Bought my first brand new guitar from Reverb (finally upgraded from secondhand!) and as excited as I was, it just didn’t feel right out of the box. Brought it in to Irvine Art & Music Center for a setup and Michael, their guitar luthier, absolutely knocked it out of the park. I placed my order toward the end of the day, and he had it shipped out by the very next morning. My keyboard arrived in just three days! The stand wasn’t in stock, but Joseph ordered it for me right away, and it arrived separately soon afterward. Last year, I bought a bass from this store, and through that process, came to view it as a business I can trust. Everyone there is very friendly, but Gabe and Michael have been the most helpful to me personally. Gabe, who facilitated my bass purchase, is super easy to work with, and Michael, the store's technician, has helped me resolve a couple of technical issues. Michael makes repairs go as smoothly as possible, and is also fun to talk shop with. Great store. Great people. Highly recommended.
