Kind and helpful people who were there when we needed them! They listened and explained things to us clearly.
I needed urgent care yesterday for my dog, and Irving Pet Hospital was incredible. They were able to get us in immediately, and the check-in process upon arrival was simple and efficient. We didn't have to wait long at all before we were seen quickly by the nurse and then by Dr. Fong. He was exceptionally thorough, kind, and provided a clear, effective solution for my dog's issue. It was a truly reassuring experience, and we are so grateful to have them nearby!

I brought my cat in for an urgent care visit after he stopped eating for 2 days and we had a wonderful experience with everyone from the very beginning. The receptionists, Nurse Caitlyn (apologies if that is not the correct spelling) and Dr. Jessika Rosewitz were all so kind and helpful while figuring out my cat's issues. They clearly explained the treatment plan, provided detailed estimates and called/emailed several times after his appointments to check-in and make sure he was doing okay with his medicines. I would highly recommend this vet/hospital and am very grateful for the excellent care we received here. I am so glad we found Irving Pet Hospital and I will be bringing my cat here for his regular care from now on. Thank you to everyone at IPH for helping us!
I really love our experience at Irving Pet Hospital. I was introduced to the hospital in 2025 after my dog and I were attacked by dog during our morning walk. The staff (Dr. Fong ) was super supportive, helpful, and compassionate with my dog during that visit. He even noticed my dog's arthritis and sent informational pamphlets on options for pain/joint management after that initial appointment. We switched to Irving as our primary care facility since and it's been wonderful, we see them monthly for arthritis shots and my dog is always excited to get loved on by the Vet Tech as they take him back. Our appointments have always been easy to schedule and on-time with the doctors really listening and offering advice.
Efficient and modern facility. My old vet would not help with my dog's foxtail intrusion. We have said goodbye to them and are looking forward to Irving Pet hospital for the best care.Friendly and informed staff!
The staff at Irving Pet Hospital were incredibly helpful and compassionate at every step. When I first came in, the receptionist was very calm and nonjudgemental about how upset I was. They led me to a comfortable and private room with my cat right away and shortly after, a staff member came and did a stability check on my cat to make sure he would be okay to wait a short while to see the vet. When Dr. Fong came in, I knew right away we were in good hands. He was incredibly patient, asked thoughtful questions to understand the situation, and explained to me clearly every step of his assessment and his recommendations. I really appreciate that he took the time to fully educate me on my cat’s condition (which was life-threatening), thoroughly explained the treatment options available, and did not upsell anything. They are the first vet I’ve been to in years that I felt were trustworthy and I really couldn’t be more lucky to have walked through their doors!
Dr. Clark is amazing! She is very thoughtful in the care she has provided for our 16 yr old senior dog. I appreciate that she consults with specialists about alternative ways to improve my dog’s quality of life. Irving Pet Hospital is the only place that has provided healthcare for my dog since he was four months old. I trust them implicitly for his care.
They over prescribed and over charged. My dog tests all com back negative and they charged me $1000 for nothing. They don’t know what they are doing but know how to extract money
Dr. Silverman is the best, my dog has several chronic issues that we’ve been managing for the past few years and she has been the best medical partner I could have asked for. The vet tech team is incredible also, they utilize fear free techniques and are very compassionate, they’ll even come down to my dogs level on the floor to get his vitals. This vet office is the first where I don’t dread coming to appointments and worry about how stressed my dog will be. We saw Dr. Fong once for an urgent care appointment and he was awesome too!
