Her approach to nutrition is very intuitive, and she can easily make customized recommendations for your goals, and make adjustments to help you reach them! She has several additional resources to share that will make improving your nutrition much easier and not feel overwhelming. I was scared to start this process, but I am so grateful that I did! Isabella is so friendly and supportive, even through our virtual sessions!
