Joshua provided excellent service during his visit. He replaced the bait in our crawl space, removed a dead mouse, thoroughly treated the exterior of the house, and cleaned up spider webs around both the house and garage. He also took the time to inspect for possible rodent entry points and identified a gap in the garage door bottom seal that we should address. He was thorough, professional, and very helpful throughout the visit. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of service. Highly recommend Joshua and Issaquah Pest Control.

Kooper did a great job servicing our home for our quarterly maintenance. Absolutely love Issaquah Pest Control - they’ve been with us since we moved into our home, and we’ve always had a great experience! All of the technicians have been helpful, and every time we call in to set up an appointment we’re always helped by one of the customer service representatives to get us in for any urgent needs. Everyone has been open and honest about service and what our home needs without trying to sell us something we don’t need.

After their first visit we noticed little to no ant activity after learning we might have a colony trying to create a nest in our home. Joshua came by today for our quarterly visit and was a wealth of knowledge, super friendly, and thorough! Issaquah Pest Control was recommended by our neighbors and now I see why! We are raving fans and will recommend to everyone with any annoying pests (sorry they don’t handle in-laws though 🤣).

Joshua came to do my quarterly services. He was friendly and professional and answered my questions. He de-webbed, sprayed my exterior, replenished bait traps, and also needed to go through my house to complete a service. Without being asked, he put on shoe protectors before walking into my home. Great customer service and reflection of the company.
