Excellent tire and service center. I brought my car in to get the TPMS system inspected as it had failed, and they took the car in right away and replaced all of the failed sensors. They also noticed that my brake pads were almost completely worn and replaced those. I ended up buying new tires as well after inspecting them and finding them to be very worn.
All that work wasn’t cheap, but it was a competitive price and the service was excellent, honest, and extremely quick.

Ivan’s Tires was the only tire shop that responded to our call on the weekend. We called to ask about replacing a flat tire, and the repairman provided us with quotes for both a used and a new tire.
When we arrived, he showed us the different tire options and explained them to us before we made our decision. All the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful.
We’re very grateful that the shop was open and available on the weekend, especially when we needed help unexpectedly. The service was quick and professional. Thank you so much!

I got a flat and Ivan gave me options that were budget friendly. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into any option and he was able to get me back on the road. He also checked my spare and let me know that he provides free flat repairs moving forward.

Called in and asked about repairing or getting a new tire. They asked what type it was and they said they had it in stock. When I arrived, the tire wasn’t repairable, but they didn’t have a new or used one in stock, which contradicted what they said before. They said the new tire would be $180 which is more than what I would have paid for the original model. Then I was told 30 minutes at about 2:00 pm but didn’t get done until almost 3:00, making me late for an appointment. I had chosen this location because (1) it was close, (2) they said they had the tire in stock and gave me times for repair and tire replacement (which didn’t work out), and (3) I had bought tired directly from Ivan before and he always gave me a discount or extra services when I came in. Like one time I had a tire repair he rotated the tires for free and said he’d do that for me if I kept doing business with him. The nice thing is that everyone was very respectful and kind, and they seem to do diligent work, and I was able to negotiate a discount because they did not have the tire they said they had. But the overall experience was pretty bad and caused me to be late for an event where others were counting on me to be on time for.

I promise I try to make sure everyone gets taken care of Even if I'm not there, but sometimes people make mistakes and sometimes things fall through the cracks. I hope you can give us another shot.
