Worst Experience Ever I installed my kitchen backsplash during COVID, but I made a mistake with the measurements when installing the kitchen hood. I didn’t account for the oil container, which eventually caused oil to leak onto the backsplash. That’s why I decided to hire this company to cut the excess stone. Two guys showed up at my house with nothing but a cutting saw and no other equipment. After I showed them the size of the oil container, it was obvious that they had no idea what they were doing. After the cutting was done, they left a huge gap between the backsplash and the kitchen hood, which looked terrible. They also did a very poor job installing the wine glass holder and under-cabinet components. The entire job looked rushed and poorly executed. Despite the disappointing workmanship, I remained patient and tried to work with them to find a solution. They told me they would contact me within a week to schedule a time to fix the issues. However, I waited almost a month without hearing anything, so I had to call them myself. Even then, I still received no update or resolution. The poor workmanship, lack of professionalism, and terrible follow-up made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this company.

I purchased quartz for my bathroom vanity from Ivanti and had it installed within one week. This was great. It was a tight timeline because the house was going on the market. The stone is absolutely beautiful and compliments the other elements of the bathroom. There were a couple of hiccups but Ignacio and Sergio stepped in and resolved to my satisfaction. I am extremely pleased with the new stone for our bathroom. The future owners love it.
