Ivy Rehab at GN has been great! The team does an awesome job explaining goals and how each exercise will help. Misha is great at finding appointment times that work for my schedule. Katie does an excellent job challenging me and really invests in my success/ progress. I highly recommend the Great Neck team!

I’m so happy the VA sent me to Ivy Rehab through Community Care! I’ve been dealing with pelvic floor issues since 2022 and have done PT before, but working with Katie has been such a different experience. She is so knowledgeable and really takes her time with me. I’m actually really hopeful about the progress I’ll make!
I also had to bring my kids with me today and everyone was SO sweet about it. My daughter even fell asleep on the treatment bed 😂 They let her sleep and brought her a little blanket while I finished my exercises. It was such a small thing, but as a mom, I appreciated it so much.
And shoutout to Meecha at the front desk! She is always so warm and sweet and makes me feel welcomed every visit.
❤️ I’m just really grateful to be at this practice with such wonderful professionals.

The therapists and support staff are friendly, patient and very encouraging. I have been a client for several years, prior to and following orthopaedic surgeries, as well as a bout of sciatica. Following their direction, I have made considerable progress.

Samantha is wonderful! that’s why I’m giving 4 stars. Unfortunately, the billing department is not. On the first day, they asked to save my credit card to automatically charge the copay each time my son had a session (twice a week). I agreed so I wouldn’t have to worry about it.
A few weeks later, I received a bill for over $300. When I checked, I noticed they were charging my card inconsistently, sometimes they charged it, sometimes they didn’t, with no explanation. I called billing, but they couldn’t tell me why and directed me to call the office. When I called the office, they also couldn’t explain.
I went ahead and paid the bill, but the whole experience has been very frustrating.
