I reached out to J&H Landscaping on 4/20 after seeing one of their Instagram ads and initially had a positive experience. I spoke with someone in the office who took my information and scheduled an estimate for the following Friday. The estimator showed up as planned, was professional, took measurements, and told me I would receive a quote within 24–48 hours.
Unfortunately, that’s where the experience completely fell apart. By Monday, I still hadn’t received anything, so I followed up via text. I was told I’d have the estimate by the end of the day—yet nothing ever came. I followed up again over the next two days with no response at all. I even reached back out to the office for help and didn’t hear anything back.
I understand that companies get busy, but completely ignoring a potential customer is frustrating and unprofessional. I would have much preferred a simple, honest response like “we’re too busy” or “this project isn’t a fit” instead of being ghosted. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend them.

Installed our sprinklers a couple of years ago and have had nothing but problems ever since. The entire process was unprofessional. Good price, but terrible quality. I have had to install additional sprinklers myself due to poor spacing, swapped out the valve box due to faulty workmanship, and repaired pipes that were never properly glued in the beginning. You may not notice these issues right away, but do NOT do business with J&H if you don’t want to live through nightmares for years to come

Ethan came out to install a WiFi enabled sprinkler controller. He was quick and thorough. He even diagnosed some minor wiring issues someone else had made to get everything working as it should. I was pleased with his work.

J&H was responsive to my voice mail and my texts. Price was competitive. Delivery was on time. The pile of gravel was dumped in a neat pile next to my curb, and not a single rock poured onto the lawn which I really appreciated.
