I spoke with Jennifer before scheduling the repair, and from the very first phone call she was so polite, professional, and genuinely helpful that I knew I wanted to hire J&J Appliance Service. Before calling J&J, I had contacted a couple of other companies. One was rather rude, and another only responded with a text telling me to schedule online. Neither gave me much confidence. Jennifer, on the other hand, actually took the time to discuss the problem with my Whirlpool gas range, looked up the part I needed, explained that it would take a few days to arrive, and was upfront about the timeline. The problem developed on a Sunday evening, so waiting until Thursday wasn’t ideal. However, Jennifer assured me that if an earlier appointment became available, she would let me know. True to her word, she called me on Tuesday to say the part had arrived early and they could come out on Wednesday instead. John, the technician, was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had the repair completed quickly and professionally. The price was more than fair, and the entire experience—from Jennifer’s excellent customer service to John’s quality workmanship—was first class. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend J&J Appliance Service to anyone needing appliance repairs. Five stars all the way.
