Alan arrived at my home and conducted a detailed inspection of my home. He listened carefully to my extermination concerns then made a recommendation for a plan that met my needs. Alan worked diligently with other staff to get me scheduled in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and professional.

I had a yellow jacket nest in the corner of my easement and the wasps were starting to eat their way into my house. So I called J&J. Paul took the job with such a sense of urgency, and understanding that really impressed me. He was quick to respond and very thorough. I would highly recommend J&J to anyone in need.
