Jacob Ramer and team are absolutely incredible! From the onset, the front desk team was so nice, patient and understanding. Jacob Ramer, CPA, EA is wonderfully kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He immediately put me at ease, made certain I understood the next steps and answered all my questions. Although knowledgeable and trustworthy service is key, genuine kindness and relationship building is also critically important. Thank you Jacob, I will be a loyal, lifetime client moving forward. And - I promise to not wait so long to file next year!

I would like to highlight the most dedicated team at J & J Tax. Jacob went above and beyond to help us file our taxes by the due date. We normally file an extension but really wanted to file on time this year.
I recently retired and had the most difficult time obtaining my correct documents from my employers website. When I called for help or a plan “B” as to how to obtain these documents I spoke to Jason, Jacob’s father-in-law and he talked me off my panic ledge.
He explained, I could come into the office and either he or Jacob would allow me to pull up my account on the office computer and help me search for the correct documents if I could not obtain them myself.
After weeks of trying myself including trying to reach my employer by phone and only getting left on hold for hours I called Jacob and left messages for help. We were able to go in at what seemed like the 11th hour, but to my astonishment he found my documents! I have to give a shout out to Jacob’s wonderful mother-in-law, whose name escapes me. She was so helpful with getting copies of the documents I did have and messages to Jacob and in doing so we filed on time. Teamwork! They are all amazing, I highly recommend them for your tax, services and we will be back. Thank you J & J Tax.
