Thank for the opportunity ms Lorraine
I'd been struggling to find someone trustworthy to care for my crepe myrtle for a couple of years. This team was exactly what I needed. They removed all the dead wood and treated it with a natural scale treatment, the tree looks transformed already. I can tell they take pride in their work, have a passion for it, and I'm excited to see how much healthier it becomes with proper care moving forward. I am switching to them for my lawn care too! Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING – A TRUE TREE DOCTOR I don’t usually write long reviews, but J&J Tree Doctor—led by Jermaine with his remarkable team, Mr. Zion and Mr. Israel—absolutely deserves one. This was one of the best service experiences I have had in any industry, and I want to give credit where it is due. I had several sick trees on my property and assumed, like many companies do, that they would just recommend cutting everything down. Instead, Jermaine approached the situation like a true professional and a true tree doctor. He carefully evaluated each tree individually, diagnosed different conditions, and explained the underlying issues with clarity and patience. He didn’t rush. He didn’t push unnecessary work. He didn’t treat them all the same. He brought real expertise, real science, and real care. In the end, only one tree needed to be removed—something he explained thoroughly and transparently. The others were saved through targeted treatment, pruning, and proper management. This level of honesty and restraint is extremely rare in this business. Most companies make their money cutting trees down; Jermaine makes his by doing the right thing for the customer and for the landscape. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, responsive, and fair. His team works efficiently, respectfully, and with great energy. They were thoughtful about my property, clean in their work, and professional in every interaction. The level of integrity he brings is refreshing. Within minutes I felt like I could trust him completely—and he earned that trust every step of the way. What stood out most was that Jermaine genuinely had my best interest in mind. He shared his knowledge freely, took time to teach me about the issues, and clearly wants his customers to make informed decisions. That kind of character is something you cannot teach—it’s who he is. I strongly believe that people succeed by doing the right thing, and Jermaine is the perfect example of that. I hope this review helps him get more business, because he truly deserves it. If you want honesty, expertise, and someone who cares more about your trees and your property than about making a quick dollar, J&J Tree Doctor is the one to call. Highly, highly recommended.

He educated me on the type, the removal, the process and he spoke with a passion about the trees and his services. This man loves trees.
