I had a great experience with J&K Exteriors! After we had a wind and hail storm roll through our area my neighbor referred me to Chris, one of J&Ks project managers. He was here for me from day one til after the project was finished! He was very personable and easy to work with! He spent a lot of time inspecting and looking at the damage that I had gotten. He used a drone to get multiple pictures of all areas of the roof and gutters. He was here for me when the insurance adjusters came to help me through that process which was huge for me and I greatly appreciated it! I think the workers who actually did the roofing and gutters were very efficient and did a great job. I have a very challenging and steep roof and they were able to complete the job in just a few days and had everything cleaned up. Chris was here off and on throughout that process and made sure to inspect it all after they were done and if something wasn’t absolutely perfect he had them come back to perfect it because that’s the kind of work J&K wants to be known for. I have had so many compliments on my roof and how nice it looks! (I did a shingle color change thanks to their recommendations).
Chris came as a stranger and left as a friend in my opinion and if I ever need any kind of roofing needs again, they will be my go to company. The communication through the whole process was top notch!!! He was great at organizing the whole roof and gutter replacement! I highly recommend them for sure and will refer them to anyone I know who needs their service. Thanks Chris and J&K!!

We are very pleased with the new roof project by J & K Exteriors. From the inspection, quoting to installation we really appreciated their constant communication. Plus the job crew was in/out efficiently & quickly and cleaned up the premises very good. We also appreciated they took pictures before & after to make certain everything was in place as before the roofing project. Simply a great company to work with. Definitely 5⭐️!
