Luis is very professional, polite and efficient. He did a great job installing bird proof and cleaning our panels for the first time in 3 yrs since they were installed with ridiculous amount of dirt and bird poops- didn’t complain or charge me extra for it. I called the number I found in Google on a random morning at 7am and he personally picked up the phone- didn’t have to go through multiple channels or AI prompts. His pricing is very reasonable and the cheapest when compared to other 5-star rated solar cleaning companies. I highly recommend his services.

Repeat customer! We hired J & L Solar Panel Cleaning Services to clean 20+ solar panels on our two-story house and clean several 2nd floor window exteriors. Luis was super prompt in providing a very reasonable estimate, and answered all my questions on the equipment and processes that he uses. I am pleased that he uses a water de-ionizer to clean the solar panels, as my concern was hard water deposits. Luis was very punctual and did the all work with excellence! The solar panels and windows are squeaky clean. He even texted me before/after photos of his work. Glad to support a US Veteran-owned businessman too. We totally recommend J & L Cleaning Services!
