John was super! Cleaned two 'new to us' chairs and was able to remove some stubborn stains. He also did a great job on wall to wall carpeting in a different room. Explained everything and was very knowledgeable. Respectful of our home, would not hesitate to hire him again!
We closed on our house and soon realized we can’t bring any furniture in until the worn and filthy carpets get cleaned. Thanks to all the positive reviews here, I found JG Carpets. I called John on a Monday morning and he squeezed me into his schedule the very next day. John was so great to work with. From his prompt return of my call, keeping me informed of his eta, the care he took with putting down protective covering over my hardwood to the amazing job he performed on cleaning the carpets. He took the time to explain what he was seeing with the staining, recommended eventual replacing because the fibers were so worn and went to work pulling out years of pet hair, dust and dirt. I am so pleased with the results. Thank you John!
