Camille is a brilliant wedding planner. She takes extraordinary care of couples and their villages, and she makes it look effortless. She’s a chameleon when it comes to style: she can execute anything from clean and simple to a half-baked, not-yet-conceptualized idea, and she made us feel confident the whole way through. Camille gives you your life back, so you can enjoy your engagement and dive into the planning as much or as little as you want. She’s so proactive and on top of everything that nothing ever felt like a rush or a mad dash. Every single vendor we booked told us how lucky we were to have her. That almost never happens! Vendors are dying to work with her and will go out of their way to be part of her weddings, which is so rare. She learned William and me quickly and wove herself into the rhythm of our lives. Hiring Jacinda Events was hands down the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding journey. We honestly just wished we had brought her on board even earlier. We were initially one of those couples who questioned if we even needed a planner at first, but as soon as we brought her on, we knew it was going to be a game changer. Camille’s industry knowledge was truly astounding - she recommended amazing vendors and made the whole event run seamlessly. Because of Camille, we both felt incredibly present all day and didn’t worry about a thing. I know we wouldn’t have been able to relax and truly enjoy the day the way we did without Camille at the reigns. She really got to know us and our priorities early in the process, and armed with that knowledge, was able to suggest ways to maximize our budget while still hitting on all the things we cared about. On top of her logistic and executional excellence, she is naturally very good with people. Her calming presence set everyone at ease, and she was even great with the kids who were our flower girls and ring bearers. Camille also has amazingly high EQ. I think she could tell when we were getting decision fatigue about certain items, and always seemed to somehow know when to step in with a suggestion or opinion vs letting us lead the charge. Camille went above and beyond in every way I can think of. Just hire her, seriously.

Camille is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, while also being warm and easy to work with. From the beginning, she took the time to ask us thoughtful questions to really understand what we wanted our wedding to feel like. She was great at narrowing down the options and making suggestions that fit our style, rather than overwhelming us with choices. She is extremely organized and always on top of things, keeping track of both the big picture and all the little details. We really appreciated that she would often think of things before we did and give us a heads-up about anything we might want to consider. Her experience really shows in how well she anticipates potential issues and knows what to look out for before they become problems. This was especially helpful on the wedding day, when she kept an eye on the schedule and made sure everything was moving smoothly, even helping with behind-the-scenes details during the bride and groom photography sessions. Camille is also very up to date on wedding trends and has a good sense of what is currently in style, what is becoming outdated, and what couples tend to [not] care about these days. At the same time, she never made us feel pressured to follow a particular trend. She gave us helpful guidance and structure while making us feel comfortable with our own decisions. Finally, she was very efficient with vendor communication and logistics. She was clear and succinct when coordinating things like the wedding cake handoff, floral deliveries and setup, and other day-of details. It also helped that she was familiar with many of the vendors we worked with, which made everything even smoother. This was especially helpful given that we were not always the most organized or responsive clients ourselves - Camille stayed on top of everything. Overall, we really appreciated how knowledgeable, organized, and thoughtful Camille was throughout the entire process. We always felt like things were in good hands, even when we were a little all over the place on our end. The wedding day itself was a whirlwind, but everything came together smoothly and went pretty much exactly as we had envisioned! We would highly recommend Camille to anyone looking for a wedding planner. Her experience, organization, and ability to keep everything moving smoothly made a huge difference for us.
