We’ve been going to Jack and Rascals for over a decade. We love their selection, their friendly staff. and the fact that the groomers treat our pets kindly and gently.
My only complaint is there’s no way to give the staff a tip. So basically, every time I go to Jack and Rascals, I also have to stop by ATM machine.…

We really enjoyed our grooming experience. My dog was groomed by Gretta she quoted about 2 hours for a deshed appointment. It took about 2 and 45 min. My dog was blowing his coat big time so I was unsurprised it took longer than expected.

We love her work so much that we followed her to Jack and Rascals, and we couldn’t be happier that we did! If you have a poodle (or any dog!), I can’t recommend Lanette enough. She’s talented, caring, and truly the best groomer we’ve found!

My only complaint is there’s no way to give the staff a tip. So basically, every time I go to Jack and Rascals, I also have to stop by ATM machine. It’s very inconvenient. I’ve asked about it many times over the years, and they’ve said nothing can be done. That is simply not true. You could set up a tipping system on your point of sale, or you could simply print the Venmo of each groomer on their business card. But forcing cash interactions at this point is just a waste of time and the groomers are also missing out on important income because people don’t carry cash. So simple but so wrong for so long.

Demi Dambrino is the best groomer i have ever dealt with!!! I have two tiny yorkie puppies Max And Molly shes groomed them twice now! She is very good very gentle and patient, when I left my puppies to get groomed I was soooo nervous she really assured me that they are safe and in good hands and sure enough everything was perfect! Thank You!
