I needed to send a birthday gift long distance. Having no experience with florists in Aberdeen I randomly selected another vendor who took my order and later told me they were unable to deliver as agreed. I found Jack Hadden Floral online and called. The woman I spoke with was absolutely lovely. We discussed options and I made my selection. Everything was good to go, or so I thought. After about five minutes the woman, who's name I wish I knew, called back and told me she really didn't like the condition of the plant we selected. We discussed some other options and agreed on a new plant. Again, I cannot praise her enthusiasm or professionalism enough! All I know about her is that she had her own shop for over 40 years and is now still filling her time with a job that she clearly loves! All I had to go on was her description and enthusiasm. Both the recipient and I could not have been happier with the gift she helped provide. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

The owner of this store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about plants. She helped my mother with finding the right one(even if it wasn’t at her shop) to send for a gift and made sure she knew the proper way to take care of them. Went above and beyond!

Sent flowers to a friend in Rockingham on a Friday and they were lovely. However, the recipient told us the flowers were dead 2 days later on that Sunday. I called the florist to let them know about the situation. I got an apology and was told that the person who received them could come up to Aberdeen and they would give her some flowers. I was a little suprised at this and no offer to resend, noting that any flowers I have ever received lasted a minimun of 7 to 10 days. Highly disappointed.

We take great pride in the quality of our work and stand behind every arrangement we create. The flowers for this order were delivered fresh on Friday, and the recipient actually received a complimentary upgrade to her arrangement. While fresh flowers should typically last well beyond two days with proper care, their longevity can also be affected by factors such as temperature, sunlight, water levels, and the environment in which they're kept.
When you contacted us, we apologized and offered to replace the flowers at our shop. Unfortunately, we were not provided with any photos of the arrangement or additional information about its condition, which would have helped us better understand what may have occurred and determine the best course of action.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we always want the opportunity to make things right whenever possible. We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll consider reaching out to us directly if you'd like to discuss this further.

Jack Hadden Floral was a wonderful find and a breath of fresh air after being led around in oblivion by a competitor. Janet was wonderful, marvelous suggestions and insight for the local area . I am from the Washington area so it was perfect !. Would recommend them for anything, large or small. The suggested blooming azalea tree was just perfect for Mother's Day with so many other cut flowers. I will be a loyal customer.

I first met Leslie when we were planning our daughter’s wedding at the Weymouth Center. We instantly clicked! The end results were amazing and was exactly what we envisioned! This place is Amazing! I love the flower arrangement they sent my wife for her birthday. She loved them and the manager was very kind to add little more flavor to it since the surprise was accidentally ruined but everything came out great! Definitely recommend this place.
