Wow. What a difference the Jack Crete team made on our pool patio. We had areas that were sunken well over an inch. They were able to lift the sunken areas, greatly reducing the trip hazards and extending the life of our pool deck.
Our experience with Jackcrete was seamless from start to finish. Hinton assessed our aggregate sidewalk and determined it could be lifted and joints leveled. The work was scheduled within two weeks and the gentlemen Who arrived to perform the work or professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. We were very happy with the price, level of service and outcome. After 25 years, we no longer have a trip hazard on our front sidewalk!
These guys are very professional. Above my expectations! I highly recommend!! Finished a lot faster and did a excellent job also nive clean up!!
Showed up on time, were professional, and cleaned up when complete like they weren't even there. Porch looks like new.
Definitely Great Service Excellence! They did a awesome job on our Drive way. They were very friendly and do excellent work. What a great team. We definitely will use them again. A BIG THANK YOU! 😀.
What a great experience! From the initial assessment to the finished product, everyone at Jackcrete was knowledgeable and professional. Over 60% of our dyed, stamped concrete pool deck was no longer level with the concrete coping surrounding the pool. Jackcrete was able to level the pool deck, restoring its beauty and value, barely leaving any evidence at the foam injection sites. Good job!
I had several spots in my driveway that had dropped a minimum of 4-5 inches. The team showed up and went straight to work. I was blown away at the awesome results. Jackcrete has a customer for life. You guys rock. Thank you!!!
Showed up right when they said they would!!! Both Technicians were very extremely customer friendly and professional. The work was done as quoted. I definitely recommend them and will call them if I ever need future service!
Very professional, showed up on time. Concrete looks great!
Zach and Colton did a great job of leveling up the deck around my pool. They were prompt, professional and did a great job explaining the process. I am very pleased with the outcome of the re-leveling.
