Honestly, they never fell when I come here. I've been coming since they've opened a few years ago. I have gone to nail tech in Phoenix in San Diego and L. A and honestly they can't compare to Jackie's nails. The application is always A1, no wierd lumpy bumpy base . And as soon as you hand them a design, they make it look 10 times better than the picture.
I went and got my an acrylic overlay with a black French tip. I was charged $65.00 and left a $. 10.00 tip. Not even 14 hours later one nail chipped, I went back and they “fixed it”. Two days later again another different chipped nail. Definitely will never return or recommend this place. Yes staff is super nice and place is clean but the work done on my nails was a joke. See the pictures on both of the nails in less than 48 hours later.
The moment I walked in, I was greeted, it took just a few minutes to create a rewards account. From the moment I walked to being seated for a pedicure, it was several minutes. There are a few pedicure options, I chose the works. I recommend it. It’s always pleasant and it’s a comfy environment. Everyone is friendly. I’ll be going back!
Was in town for the night and had a nail emergency! Stopped by based off the reviews and so thankful I did. Tuan did an excellent job with my builder gel nails and the entire staff in there was so pleasant and upbeat. A fantastic experience. If you’re in need of nails you’ve found your place.

I stumbled across Jackie’s nail salon IG and was really impressed with their work from what I saw online so I decided to come in a give them a try…The staff here is so friendly. The salon its self is well maintained and has a very calm relaxing atmosphere. I have only received services from one particular nail artist (shout to Thu, she does amazing work) but they all look like they do a great job. I love that they have really talented nail artist and you literally get what you ask for or better! The owners are so friendly and welcoming! The services are very well priced and worth it for sure. Definitely recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.

This was one of the cleanest, calmest nail salons I've ever been in. I have really severe social anxiety, and no one in the salon made me feel uncomfortable or rushed. Everyone was so kind and very detailed oriented. This is the best my nails have ever looked . I feel like I got the full princess treatment. This will be my new go to salon - it really is a nice place!
