All they care about is is sucking your bank account dry...they have no issues with letting an animal suffer unless you let them charge you for unnecessary bull crap then say it's the law which it isnt......they refused to see my pet unless i agreed to unnessessary vaccines and other tests.....KEEP YOUR PETS SAFE.....KEEP CLEAR of these uncaring people

Excellent staff. Vet techs and veterinary was very nice and handled my cat with compassion as if she was theirs. It was time for her annuals and they made her feel relaxed while giving shots. Thank you Harley and doctor korban.

I give them 5 stars because the kitten suffered little and heald fast. You can expect them to charge for stupid things...My kitten did not like the "pain medication" I was given for her. She was fine without it. It was just an extra bs charge... I do appreciate that the $50 procedure was performed for almost $500... That's good business

I have only had good experience here with both of my dogs for the last two years until we moved. Would recommend. 🐾🤎🐶

i brought my kitten here and left with him feeling worse and i got told all his tests came back negative and he was just needed more nutrients due to the mom not feeding him and they gave him a shot and gave me some food but literally HOURS after i left after they said he’ll be okay he passed away. spent $285 for his tests to be so called fine and they fixed the problem and he’ll be okay just for my baby to pass. RIP mochi.

I absolutely love this clinic. The environment felt very "Homey". I've had experiences in the past where the environment was just so uptight and hard on my anxiety. However, this place made us feel right at home. Everyone was so kind. I don't think I saw one person that didn't have a smile on their face. I also think it's really cool that they have a "clinic cat". It just adds to the comfort even more. I've decided to go with this clinic for "Biscuit's" primary care. You can tell they truly love and adore each and every fur baby that walks through that door. Thank you, Jackson Animal Clinic, for being a beacon of light. 🫶🏼🌻
