I was quoted one price and was charged another. I filed a 1040ez ,the preparer quoted me $120 and charged my account $178. Last year I paid $100 for the same filing. I'm am greatly dissatisfied and angry. I will never use Jackson Hewitt again nor referral them to anyone that I Know after this experience. I was clearly stolen from.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting it is to be quoted one price and then charged a different amount, especially when your return was straightforward and comparable to prior years. Clear, upfront pricing is important, and we regret that this did not align with what you were told Calvin.
We’d like the opportunity to review what occurred and address your concerns regarding the charges. Please contact our Customer Care Team at 800‑234‑1040 so this can be looked into further.
