Had my taxes done on January 30th at the Denton TX office and it was a quick, affordable and easy process. My tax refund was in my account on February 13th! I will definitely return in 2027.

Very rude heavyset white man I went in to do my taxes as he was working i was getting accurate numbers. But what made me mad was when he decided to shake his finger at me while talking I told him sir don't shake your finger at me then he put his 4 fingers together & started shaking his fingers in my face do not go here. My husband wasn't there I needed signature I asked did you want me to sign my husband's name he said go right ahead when I was leaving I told him paperwork please he said no I stated it's invalid cause you had me sign & initial my husband's info. Unprofessional rude obnoxious I will be reporting this company to IRS for misconduct & providing false info on official tax documents. Don't go here unless you wanna be called into IRS cause you've been audited
