Customers at the Miami Gardens location frequently praise the knowledgeable, patient, and friendly service provided by tax preparers, noting that staff clearly explain complex processes and answer questions thoroughly. Many reviewers express satisfaction with the professional attention they received and indicate an intention to return for future tax preparation. However, one low-star review highlights a significant wait time for a scheduled appointment and a lack of communication from the office, suggesting potential issues with punctuality or appointment management.

I had a pleasurable experience with Jackson Hewitt. The Tax preparer was very knowledgeable and cheerful. She was a depiction of Santa. Making a list and checking it twice. She left no stone on turn. I will be seeing her (Camille) again. Thank you for your tireless efforts.

I'm really grateful for the services. It is expensive, and I know it's a business that profits off of others taxes, but it's still expensive.

I would like to thank Tina Millien. I was nervous that it was so close to the end but she said don't worry you have waited your turn and we will finish. Even though it took two days because of me. We did and I am thankful for all her help. I will be at 17650 NW 2 Ave, Miami Gardens early next year. Jackson Hewitt please send her back. See you next year Tina.
