Customers frequently praise the staff for being knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient in preparing tax returns, often noting that the service helps maximize refunds. However, several low-star reviews cite significant issues with pricing, including complaints about high costs for simple returns and being pressured to book additional appointments. Additional criticisms involve perceived rudeness or unprofessional behavior when customers ask repeated questions or request assistance outside of standard procedures.

This place does not deserve a star but couldn't move forward without choosing at least one. Waited 45 minutes past appointment time. Person that had a later appointment was helped before we were. Brenda made it seem as though she did not want to help us. Simple 2 W2 return and the charge was over 600 dollars but preparer got it down to 309. Price gouging is not acceptable. Preparer stated that the reason for the high price was due to the deadline being days away. No extra work was done just couldn't make it in before then. First time customer and won't go back.
