I purposely went to Andrew because he had helped me last year and I was happy with his service and knowledge. This year he did great job with more complicated taxes and the process was quick and painless. I also got my return very quickly. Se you in 2026.

Greg was kind, considerate and helpful with all my questions and concerns..
Staff acknowledged every person that walked through the door. I went in as a walk in with no appointment. I was fitted in and witnessed enough of interaction between staff and customers; to where i felt comfortable. Great staff and customer service.
This year is my second time getting my taxes prepared by Jackson Hewitt, and I can certainly say the staff are very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about getting you the most refund possible. Keep up the excellent work on tax preparation, I really look forward getting my taxes prepared by Jackson Hewitt for many years to come!!!
