Customers frequently cite the staff's friendliness, patience, and professional knowledge as key positives, often noting quick service and helpful explanations. However, recurring criticisms involve appointment scheduling errors, such as being booked on closed days or overlooked, which caused significant wait times. Additional complaints include discrepancies between initial quotes and final prices, as well as instances where preparers could not resolve IRS acceptance issues, leaving clients to handle complications independently.

What a wonderful review, Genice! We're delighted to hear that you received polite, patient, knowledgeable, and respectful service, and that you received your refund in 7 days. Please also consider recommending your friends and family so that they can get the same great help this tax season! Have an amazing day! – Cris, Jackson Hewitt Care Team
IRS wouldn't accept my return. They said I need to prove it's me. What should have been a reasonably quick $ 2k return may be 10 weeks if at all. She couldn't use the company computer to contact them so I'm on my own. Looks like $150 wasted
