Super expensive if you don't have anything to complicated to do taxes for just go thru turbo tax or something it only will cost up like 100 & you can get a higher advance refund. It cost me 6 times what turbo tax usually does and they gave me 3 almost 4 times less of a advance refund. Definitely was not worth it.
We're really grateful that you took the time to share your feedback, Thromp Droppa. I'm genuinely sorry that our service cost didn't meet your expectations. Our aim is always to ensure our clients feel they're getting real value, and our tax preparation comes with the assurance that our Licensed Tax Professionals have your back, which of course will cost more than doing it yourself. Our service also comes with various benefits like our Maximum Refund and Lifetime Accuracy Guarantees. We'd love the chance to go over your fees with you and help with any other questions you might have. Feel free to call us at (503) 506-8302.
Way too expensive over $600 to file taxes. They took a third of my return. For 15 minutes of filling out the paperwork seems ridiculous.
We appreciate your feedback and return visit to us this year, Michael, though I'm sorry to hear we fell short of earning 5 stars this season. We recognize the interest of our clients regarding lower costs, and please know that we're working hard to manage the end cost to you. With that in mind, we provide the opportunity to build valuable relationships with tax experts in-person, who spend hours in training courses yearly to offer accurate and professional tax preparation in the local community. We strive to deliver on our brand promise to our clients, which includes reinforcing our services with a Maximum Refund guarantee along with a Lifetime Accuracy Guarantee & IRS Audit Assistance. If you still feel the charges weren't in line with the value we provide, please contact the local office, or reach out to our Client Care Team at 800-234-1040 as we would be happy to review the costs of this year's filing. We appreciate the opportunity to be of service. - Siloam, Jackson Hewitt Care Team
