Jade Massage holds a 4.6 rating from 299 reviews, with customers frequently citing skilled deep tissue techniques, punctual scheduling, and reasonable pricing. Positive feedback highlights the clean environment and staff ability to identify specific pain areas without extensive communication. However, lower-rated reviews describe a pattern of privacy violations, including improper handling of clients and open doors, alongside complaints regarding pressure accuracy and unexpected additional charges.

I came in with so much pain in my back I thought i had to call out of work but my husband told me to find a massage parlor and get my back worked out. This place is a hidden gem. I got an 1 hour half deep tissue massage and foot detox and came out a new person. I was very happy with my experience and will be coming back soon
Best massage ever. Ladies are incredible. Well worth the money. Legs and back haven’t felt this good in months. Will be back once a week. Can’t say enough good things about how I was treated.
10/10! Quickly taken to the back to begin my massage! It was awesome! I see why they have great ratings. Nothing too fancy, straight to the point, and targeted all the right areas without me saying a word!
So just had my massage a couple of hours ago and let me tell you...Ms Tina, you will be seeing me again soon lol. Ms Tina was amazing! Without me telling her, I feel like she knew my problem area was my shoulders and neck and she knew what she needed to do to get all the knots out. I was having horrible pain in my right neck and shoulder area and when I left there, I was pain free. 10 ⭐️ all the way across.
The most awesome massage I have ever had!
I really enjoyed the massage experience here. The environment was clean and comfortable, and Lulu was incredibly warm and friendly. Her massage technique was outstanding—the pressure was just right, she was highly professional, and she was able to pinpoint exactly where my muscles were tense. By the time I left, I felt completely relaxed and in much better shape than when I arrived. Lulu is hands down the best therapist I’ve experienced in this area!
Thank you so much. Jean ! We appreciate you taking time to share your experience with us. Hope you have a wonderful new week and see you again soon.
The massage experience was excellent. The technique was skillful, and the therapist attentively listened to my requests to adjust the pressure during the session. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for your support, my friend ! see you next time!
I arrived here with frayed nerves and an exhausted body, but the experience turned out to be absolutely superb. The therapist’s precise massage technique instantly made me feel completely revitalized—truly a "refueling station" for men and a "beauty salon" for women; it is simply the best, bar none.
Thank you for your kind words and support, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Jade Massage again! 😊
