I have found my new car service business! Every time I call they are kind and schedule me in a timely manner. I had a service scheduled but was worried about my tire pressure for an upcoming drive and they let me bring it by just to check before my trip. I really appreciate their care.

Jaeckels treated me like family every step of the way. After the HEMI engine in my 2017 Ram 1500 failed, they helped me secure a replacement engine directly from Chrysler that came with a three-year warranty.
The price for both the engine and labor was very reasonable, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. After the truck was back on the road, I experienced a minor sensor issue. They addressed the problem immediately and made sure everything was working properly.
This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. It’s rare to find a business that truly stands behind its work and treats customers with honesty and respect. Thank you for staying true to your word and providing exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Steve and Kevin are so easy to work with. I have never been disappointed in the shops work, and the prices are always reasonable. I had been bringing my cars in for most everything for about five years.
Even after I moved to Oklahoma, I saved a big job for a visit last week to have Jaeckels do the work on it.
I knew I could trust their work and the price was less than what I would’ve paid in my own hometown.

I had my car scanned when the check engine light came on. I needed emergency service. I was referred to Jackels by a friend from church. I gave Kevin the code and answered some basic questions. He determined that it would be safe to drive to his shop rather than to have the car towed.
When I got there, he looked, explained exactly what was wrong, and gave me options for the repairs. It was a labor intensive job, so he gave me an option to replace a couple of cheap part at the same time. That cost me a little extra, but will save so much next time. It was efficient, friendly, smiling service!

Had possibly the best experience I've had in any auto-shop here. Trevor at the front was incredibly helpful, found exactly what I needed, got a me a fair price, and didn't do any work I didn't ask for.
They provided insight on what should be done if I were to bring the car back. Advised on how I can take care of it.
Most importantly they made me feel like a human being. If I could give 10 stars I would.
