Jami and her team are the greatest! As first-time homeowners, this was our first time selling a home. It was a bit intimidating at first since there are so many realtors to choose from and we had no experience or references, so we just called the first number we found. Fortunately, that led us to Jami, and boy oh boy are we glad that it did! From our first meeting, it was clear that Jami knows her stuff and has an immense amount of experience. She came to our meeting so prepared and made the process feel foolproof! Because of her guidance, the entire selling process felt smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She has this process down pat and is so good about making everything clear and easy to understand. She does everything with so much wisdom and love. The week we were set to move, I came down with the flu, and when we told Jami about it, she had soup and cookies from Panera delivered to our house within the hour. To say she goes above and beyond for her clients is the understatement of the century! By the end of working with her, she felt more like a friend than a realtor. We feel so blessed to have worked with her and recommend her to EVERYONE!

She made the closing preparations easy and supported us through all of the steps, in the sale of the existing property, when we had a last minute sale cancellation (3 days prior to closing) she got to work and started the process all over again. Within 2 days, we had another offer. I highly recommend Jami for anyone looking to purchase or sell a property. She will exceed your expectations!

Jami Amidon Will not only be my agent but a personal family friend for the rest of my life. She will go above and beyond for you. I work 12/14 hour shifts regularly and very time short. She made my life very easy when it came to selling my first house. Even when it came to battling my HOA and talking with attorneys she was right by my side.
