Jamie was fantastic right from the get-go. I’m originally from Chicago but was living in Long Beach, California, when I finally landed the job that let me move back home. My sister, who’s a realtor in Las Vegas, connected me with Jamie to help me buy a condo in Chicago. We had an early call where Jamie got a feel for what I was looking for and my timeline, and from there, everything fell into place. What really set Jamie apart was her network. Everyone she connected me with, from home insurance to the mortgage broker, spoke highly of her and was phenomenal to work with. I felt like they all made me a priority, which meant a lot when I was buying from out of state. I flew in for a weekend, and we toured quite a few places over two days before I found the one I bought. Jamie was fun to work with, clearly knew her stuff, and was great with the friends who joined us on the tours. I just closed , and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Jamie made buying a condo in Chicago from across the country a great experience, and I’d recommend her to anyone making a move to the area.

We actually started the process of selling our home more than a year in advance, as it was part of a date-definite life transition. A lot of research was invested into not only the market, but also selecting the right agent. Jamie came highly recommended -- from another agent in the same market area at a competing brokerage! We met with her a year in advance, and she came prepared with research on our home and (somewhat specialized) local market. Goals were set, and the following year was one of preparation. When the selling window finally rolled around, there were some odd curve balls that Jamie handled like a pro, and we finally closed the same day our new-home purchase closed in a different state. Jamie's expertise was entirely worth the commission paid, and we recommend her highly to anyone considering any sort of real-estate transaction.

Jamie will go to war for you. I mean that. She helped me through a situation that felt like a miracle, and she's an angel. My cousin worked with her first and sent me her way, and I'm so glad he did. When I sold my home in Palos Heights, Jamie held four or five open houses and kept the appointments coming, with email notifications for every one so I always knew what was happening. She was aggressive and on top of everything. When buyers thought the price was too high, she passed along their feedback, and we talked about lowering it until we landed on a price I was happy with. The deal practically fell apart at one point, but I truly believe Jamie's empathy and care are what got it across the finish line. She's informative and always answers my calls and messages. I plan to buy again someday, and Jamie is the only realtor I'll use. Anyone looking for a Chicago-area realtor who genuinely fights for her clients will understand why I recommend her so highly.

Jamie had our house sold in just two days. The first buyer ended up falling through after the inspection and never came up with the escrow, so the deal disappeared. Jamie had it back under contract two days later. That kind of turnaround was pretty amazing. When we met with her, she was upfront about what was actually worth fixing before listing and what we could skip. We also didn't want an open house, and Jamie respected that without any pushback. My wife handled most of the back and forth with Jamie, but anytime she had a question, Jamie was right there with an answer. We're retiring and decided to relocate from Oak Forest to Georgia, so this was a big move for us. Jamie made the selling side of it much easier than it could have been, and she was exactly the kind of realtor we needed during the process. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome given everything we had going on, and we're really glad Jamie was the one handling our sale.

Jamie had already sold both my parents' house and my sister's house, and both sold within the first weekend of listing. So when my husband and I decided it was our turn to move during what has honestly been a pretty crazy year for our family, there really wasn't much question about who we'd use. Jamie kept that same pattern going and sold our Vernon Hills house within the first weekend too. She was incredibly communicative throughout, always responding to my texts or calls within minutes. She had her photographer out to the property just two days after we contacted her, including drone shots, and got the house marketed across multiple sites right away. We ended up selling over asking price through private showings before the scheduled open house even happened. At this point, Jamie has sold homes for three different parts of our family, so calling her our family realtor isn't even an exaggeration anymore.

A realtor friend on TikTok gave me Jamie's name when I was looking for someone to sell our house in Oak Forest, and I'm glad she did. Jamie is very bubbly and cheerful, and she was almost always right back to me whenever I texted her. I asked her if there was anything I needed to do around the house before putting it on the market, and she basically said, no, your house is perfect​. The house sold in about a week, and we ended up with five or six offers. Jamie was knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with the whole way through. Selling a house can be stressful, but with Jamie, I never felt like I had to worry about what was going on. If we ever move back to the Chicago area, she's the realtor we'd call again.
