I only gave Jamison 5 stars because I can’t give him 10. I drove 8 hrs to see Jamison at a recommendation from a friend. Upon my arrival after 8 hours of driving at my request Jamison had a home ready to be shown to me. The next day he promptly met me with a large list of homes to see that were in the ballpark of what I was looking for. After many beautiful homes that day on the 8th hour we had two more to go. selling a home is already hard enough, but try using 2 other agents who failed to sell it over a 221 day period! Jamison called me out of the blue when my home went off the market the second time and I was honestly not willing to talk to him, but I asked for a call back... and you know what he did? This property held over 40 years of memories for our family, countless moments with our grandchildren, multiple ponds, a 6,000 square foot home, and two detached garages. Jamison did an excellent job helping our son find a home in Murfreesboro and then helped us sell our property shortly after outside of Nashville. Our property was very unique, 100 acres, 6,000 sf home, 2 barns, and multiple ponds. Jamison did an excellent job, we had multiple offers soon after hitting the market.
