Reviewers highlight reasonable pricing and the ability to handle various towing needs, including late-night pickups and specific delivery requests. The single low-star review cites a discrepancy between the advertised twenty-four-hour availability and the actual closure time, along with an accusation of dishonesty regarding vehicle location.
