Google reviewers rate Jay Fam Towing five stars based on 219 reviews, with the owner responding to every comment. Customers frequently cite punctuality, reasonable pricing, and clear communication as key strengths, noting that drivers often arrive quickly for roadside assistance, vehicle transport, and even non-towing tasks like moving storage pods. While most praise the team's professionalism and willingness to offer advice, one low-star review mentions a rude driver who was unfamiliar with local geography, though this appears to be an isolated incident.

Needed a tow because my TRS went out and car wouldn’t start. I knew it was going bad, it was just a matter of time…
I tired clearing the code for easy fix to drive to the mechanic to no avail, so I called Jay. He warned me it might be a couple hours, but called me back and said it would be 15 minutes.
Since the TRS went, I tried to find the button to be able to adjust the gears and get it in neutral.
When he arrived he asked me what the issue was so I walked him through the problem. Got it back in park, back in drive, and the back in park and asked me to turn the car on. It cranked right up. *cue the face palm*. We both got a giggle, and I was prepared to pay the $100 tow anyways as he already drove out. Instead, he waived the fee!! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
