I abhor the hours (M,W,F from 11-3) and all I got were the fires because I wasn't that hungry but I'll tell you, they were the best fries I've ever had. You can't go wrong with beef tallow fried anything, really. I'm hoping that more businesses in Louisville get it together and start using tallow to cook their food in... I finally got to try their burger and it didn't disappoint. It was a bit white onion heavy which my hubby will love and loved the smash burger crispy edges. What's lovely, is, if you don't have enough of an appetite for a double patty cheeseburger, they'll just do a single.

We had the best service and the best smash burgers we’ve ever had here. Everything was cooked to perfection. Ingredients are locally sourced, you can taste the difference! Patio was clean and comfortable. We need more businesses like Jay’s!!!
