David does a thorough service call. Excellent I have been a Jay's customer for approx. 25 years and am completely satisfied with the their services
Our technician, Matt, did a very thorough inspection both inside and out. He was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. The return visit to lay the traps went the same. We are extremely happy with the service and the fair pricing.
David my technician arrived on time, was polite, patient, knowledgeable and willing to discuss my bee issue providing insight and information pertinent to my decision making and problem resolution.
Jose, the technician, was extremely nice and thoroughly dusted for a yellowjacket nest in a wall void (I preferred to use pesticidal dust rather than spray, and really appreciated that Jay's was willing to accomodate my preference). We started seeing dozens of dead yellowjackets IMMEDIATELY... nobody got stung... no mess made. Very professional, nice and thorough.
