Jaz outdoor Builders Inc

Exceptional Craftsmanship, Competitive Pricing, and Outstanding Customer Service! I cannot say enough amazing things about Jaz Outdoor Builders and Alberto! From beginning to end, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. Their professionalism, attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and dedication to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I originally hired Jaz Outdoor Builders to build a fence, but the project turned into something even more impressive! We ended up installing a beautiful, modern double metal gate with horizontal wood planks, along with a custom fence featuring a strong metal structural frame and beautiful horizontal wood paneling throughout. The combination of metal and wood created an elegant, modern, high-end appearance that completely transformed the property. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional! Alberto made sure everything was completed with precision, from the metal framing and gate installation to the alignment and finishing of the wood panels. Another thing that really stood out was their extremely competitive pricing. After comparing quotes, Jaz Outdoor Builders offered excellent value without compromising quality or service. It’s not easy to find a contractor who delivers beautiful workmanship, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service all in one. Alberto deserves special recognition for his professionalism, honesty, excellent communication, and commitment to making sure everything was done right. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes tremendous pride in his work. If I could give Jaz Outdoor Builders 10 stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend Alberto and his team to anyone considering a new fence, custom metal gate, or outdoor improvement project. Thank you, Alberto and Jaz Outdoor Builders, for your incredible work, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service. You have definitely earned my trust and future business!

These guys were absolutely amazing to deal with. They visited to get an idea of what I wanted, and constructed a custom frame for the gate. It's exactly what we were looking for and the quality is superb. They were great to work with from start to finish, and I will definitely contact them again in the future.

I had a project to replace an old redwood deck with composite. Jaz also refinished the existing pergola structure and put a new water proofed roof. Project also included pouring of a concrete pad for a new hot tub. I wanted the new deck have a raised, custom fit with the hot tub. Once the project was started, the work proceeded at a steady pace until it was completed to my satisfaction 3 weeks later. For the issues I noted, our project manager immediately had them corrected. I am very happy with the results.

I’ve used Jaz Builders four different times over the years, and every experience has been outstanding. As my fence has aged, they’ve replaced six gates, repaired two separate sections that were beginning to fail, and even custom-built concrete footings for an arbor that supports a porch swing. From start to finish, their customer service is excellent. They respond quickly, make scheduling an estimate easy, and Al has come out every time with a detailed quote ready the very same day. Once I approved the proposal, they were able to get the work scheduled right away. Communication has always been fantastic. They show up when they say they will, the quality of their work is exceptional, and they leave the job site spotless when they’re finished. It’s not often you find a contractor that’s this reliable and consistent. After four projects, I can confidently say I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Jaz Builders again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

We are 100% happy with JAZ, and plan to use them again. Pleasure to recommend them.

This crew is amazing! They showed up on the hottest day of the year and didn't slow down for a second. Super fast, incredibly efficient, and they did a beautiful job. Highly recommend!"

JAZ Builders did great work on our backyard project, including the custom pergola, fencing/gates, privacy lattice, deck, staining, and permit/plans scope. Pricing was transparent, the team executed quickly, and the quality was strong. A major plus was their handling of the city permit process for the pergola - it was difficult, but they kept working through it with the city, got it approved, and passed inspections. They also coordinated efficiently with our simultaneous landscaping project and worked around that schedule smoothly.

This review is long overdue. Last April, we hired Jaz Builders to install a 70-foot fence for our side yard, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. We actually gathered quotes from 10 different companies. While Jaz Builders was on the higher end of the price spectrum, their professionalism won us over. Their estimator visited our site twice because we kept refining our plan—we wanted to maximize our yard space while preserving five of our purple-leaf plum trees. After over 20 emails and several sketches we shared back and forth, they truly earned our trust. The craftsmanship is top-tier. Unlike some companies that rush a crew in to finish in one day, Jaz sent two skilled workers who spent three meticulous days on the project. They were incredibly patient when we requested mid-project adjustments, like varying the mudboard heights. The crew was quiet, clean, and detail-oriented. Since completion, we’ve had several neighbors stop by during their walks just to compliment how beautiful the new fence looks. You truly get what you pay for!
