Took my very first Jazzercise class today and it definitely wont be my last! I love to dance so the fact that they take cardio, make it fun and even add weights makes it easy to stay motivated:) Everyone was also so welcoming! I highly recommend!

Shelley hosted a girl scout afternoon workshop for our daisy girl scout troop where we earned our toy business badge and enjoyed moving our bodies and learning about the history of how Jazzercise was started! Jazzercise Peachtree Corners is the place to be if you want a FUN workout with a supportive and energetic community. This is the longest I have stayed with any fitness routine. Classes are never boring due to the variety of music selected by each individual instructor. Low impact alternatives are always given so any level of fitness is welcome. I love the strength-based portion of each cardio class as well as the ability to give my body a bit of a rest from cardio days by going to classes that focus solely on strength and stretching. This is an overall great body workout and an instant mood booster after a stressful day.

I love my new Jazzercise family! The classes are fun and great value. All the instructors are great and I would highly recommend it for a great excercise routine, love the dance, weights and stretches. I actually look forward to going. I make the effort to go unlike the gym and the option to do virtual classes is great when I finish work late.

I started Jazzercising in 1996, and it was love at first dance. Not only has it kept me physically strong and flexible, but the social, mental, and emotional benefits are priceless. Daily dancing is the magic that has carried me through divorce, infertility treatments, the death of several close family members, job stress, and the chaos of 2020.
Willpower doesn’t exist for me, but routine works. Consistency is key, and Jazzercise is prioritized first thing each morning. Everyone knows I’m not available until after I dance. If something interrupts my morning schedule, I love that I can livestream from anywhere or attend another of the many classes available seven days a week.
I have tried all the lesser exercise programs, i.e., gym, YMCA, videotapes, neighborhood walking, etc. but nothing stuck until I discovered Jazzercise. The great music, easy-to-learn routines, & awesome instructors make a workout that’s so fun you don’t feel like you are exercising. I prefer to think it’s my morning dance party. Over twenty-seven years later, I’m aging gracefully, energized, strong, and still loving my “Power in an Hour” workout.
